We know how hard it is to earn money these days and that each dollar needs to be accounted for and carefully spent.This even holds true when spending money on quality entertainment.We want you to feel like you've chosen wisely when you come to a Strange Candy show.We try to please everyone not just a certain age group or music type.We have chosen a variety of cover songs spanning decades of rock music, from the 50's to the present.We may not cover all the favorites because we took the time to find out what other bands in our area are playing and try not to be to reputitious.After all there is no sense in all of us playing the same songs.
One thing that can and does set us all apart is our originals.We are lucky to live in an area where live music is fruitfull and we all have our own sounds.Strange Candy has been blessed with an incredible four man writing team that has managed to produce some fun,true to form rock music,with catchy hooks and lyrics that everyone can relate to.Some of those songs have been captured on compact disc and can be purchased along with shirts and hats and other merchandise .
We pump alot of energy into our live show with lights,fog,and other effects,as well as lots of movement and headbanging.We have enough material to cover a four hour bar gig to an hour long concert(which is what we prefer doing).We love doing performance shows so we can give a 150% to the audience.Most of our fans come just to see us perform and we give them what they came for ,which is a good time.
